Who We Are
Staff Members
Raymond Roth has been serving with Come Over & Help as Project Director and Administrator since 2016. Ray is passionate about advancing Reformed theology and thinking, because it exalts God in Christ, honours His Word, blesses the church, and humbles and delights the soul. Experiencing unity and kinship with brothers and sisters overseas that is rooted in Christ and that transcends culture, language and geography, has been especially enriching and encouraging. Ray is married to Paula who served in Christian Education for many years, and is an avid artist. They are members of Hope Reformed Church of Tillsonburg where Ray serves as a deacon. Prior to coming on board with Come Over & Help, he served in Christian education for 18 years both as a Classroom Teacher and School Principal. He holds B.Sc. and B.Ed. degrees from the University of Guelph and Charles Sturt University respectively. Ray likes to read, work on home improvements, eat freshly-baked chocolate croissants, travel, sing tenor and watch birds.
Greg Slingerland has been serving as the Director of Communications with Come Over & Help since 2018. Greg has a strong desire to see the church of Jesus Christ flourish and loves to meet Christians from all different places and backgrounds. After completing a BA in History at Brock University, Greg received a Masters in Education from D’Youville College. He spent eight years teaching and serving as a vice-principal in Christian schools. Greg and his wife Courtney were married in 2011 and have two boys, Landon and Greyson. Courtney works for a Christian group home for those with disabilities. Greg lives in the Niagara Region. Greg attends Vineland Free Reformed Church and is involved on the mission's committee. In his spare time, Greg loves gardening and is trying to develop a green thumb.
Adam Radsma has been serving as a Project Director with Come Over and Help since 2024. Adam has a passion for seeing the Lord work through the gospel and equip the church for preaching, evangelizing and discipleship. He has been married to Kerri since 2001 and they have raised their 5 sons on a small hobby farm. He attends Vineland Free Reformed Church where he has served as both deacon and elder, and in various leadership and teaching roles in church ministries. He received a B.Sc. from DeVry Institute, and worked in engineering, project management and sales roles in his early career before starting a small business. Adam is thankful to have joined the ministry of Come Over and Help and is eager to serve the partners in Eastern Europe and the supporters in North America.
