Roza, a 79-year-old Romanian senior, needed help. She was caring for her 102-year-old mother but had developed serious health problems. On top of trying to care for her mother and managing her own health challenges, her pension didn’t begin to cover medicines and other costs. Our partner in Romania, Christian Endeavour stepped in and provide help with bills, medicines, doctor visits and cleaning. They also spend time with Roza, pray with her, and encourage her. Christian Endeavour helpers bring Roza to the weekly Bible study organized for seniors. Roza is thankful that Christian Endeavour reached out to her and offered help. “I am thankful to God and to you that you knock on my doors and open my door. Otherwise, I could sit here alone with my mother.”
